You have an ex girlfriend that you think about all of the time, more than that, you feel like you still love your ex girlfriend. However, there is a catch and that catch is - you and your ex girlfriend do not live near one another. She is not just an ex, she is a long distance ex girlfriend and that does make things a little more difficult. You are not going to have those opportunities to get face to face time with her like you would if you lived near one another. So, knowing that it is going to be harder to get back together with an ex girlfriend purely based on the distance factor, is it worth it to try and pursue her?
Most of the time, I am going to have to go with an answer that might surprise you and that answer is... NO.
In most situations, the distance is just going to be too much of a strain, too much of an obstacle. Even GOOD relationships that are going along just fine hit the skids when one person ends up moving away. So, to think that you will be able to handle a situation where your ex girlfriend is a long distance AND you are trying to win her back, most of the time it ends up being a situation that is just too difficult.
You'd be better off finding someone else.
I know, that might not be the answer that you were hoping for or looking for and you might leave this page looking for another site that is going to promise you that it can be done. Well, it can in theory, so I am sure that you can find a couple here and a couple there that have been able to pull it off.
However, on the whole, you are going to find that trying to win back a long distance ex girlfriend is just too hard to do. You can't really utilize most of the proven strategies that work to win her back. So, is it worth it? In my opinion, No. You would be much better off trying to get over your ex girlfriend and finding a new one. Of course, it's up to you what you want to do.
